The Farm is situated in the area of Iano Montaione, very close to San Gimignano, among the fragrant hills that overlook Volterra in the heart of the region of Tuscany.
The typical Tuscan style holiday apartments with private swimming pool and tennis court are located within a farm of over 200 hectares and offer its guests tranquility and what these days is a rare opportunity to enjoy an authentic relationship with the countryside.

The swimming pool

From the elevation of the large swimming pool (350 m²!) with jacuzzi, you can spend serene and unforgettable days in a complete relaxing environment with your family while your children enjoy the infants pool.

The colour of the water and the atmosphere created by the lights are the stuff of dreams, a delight for those of all ages who, hand in hand among the scents of the Tuscan countryside, will relive the best moments of the most cherished memories.

The peaceful atmosphere is also ensured by the sole private road leading to the residence, making it an oasis among the hills surrounding Montaione, the ancient medieval village where history lovers will find it interesting to go on walks to discover an ancient land that has welcomed and been the birthplace of many worldwide famous artists. The Belmonte farmhouse, due to its optimal geographical location, is an excellent starting point for exploring the region of Tuscany.

Natural Beauty Farm

Inside our area you will find a lot of naturalistic locations and a small thermal lake called "il Bagnino" where you can regenerate yourself and take a warm, healthy and tonic mud bath, as a real "natural beauty farm"!

You can also discover the beautiful surroundings of the Tuscan farm house at the Belmonte house venturing around the vast property by mountain bike, which you can rent at reception, or simply on foot, following the hiking trails.

Lovers of fishing will have the opportunity to fish in our picturesque lakes.
We are also affiliated with the nearby Golf Course of Castelfalfi (recently bought by TUI Germany) and for those who love riding and want to go on unforgettable horseback rides in Tuscany, there is the nearby IL FREGIONE Equestrian Centre.
