If you have decided to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or friends, one of our three-roomed apartments could be your home-from-home in Tuscany. This apartment is approximately 80m2 and much alike the regular Trilo. This Trilo Plus differs in having an additional bathroom that allows more privacy. Ideal for large families or if you are travelling with two couples.
Spacious interior in Tuscan style
The interior has been totally refurbished in the typical Tuscan style with exposed wooden beams and furniture made here in Tuscany. The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to a bedroom with double bed and separate single bed, a bedroom with two single beds or a double bed and a double sofa bed in the open plan lounge.
Try to imagine … your children playing in front of the house, while you are reading your favorite book under the Tuscan sun and your husband, wife or friends roasting a delicious “Fiorentina” T-Bone steak in the barbecue area. This is ‘la dolce vita’ in Tuscany.

Enjoy your privacy
You have your own outdoor space available to you. Enjoy your meals ‘al fresco’ under your gazebo or on your balcony. Enjoy your breakfast while taking in the breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. It is a sensation that cannot be described, only experienced. Cars are kept in the parking lot, separated from the apartments, but easily reached by foot.
A holiday in full comfort
The apartments stay naturally cool in summer and warm in the winter. For your comfort we have installed air conditioning units in every room so you can control the temperature. Every apartment has WiFi internet available, which is accessible even outside. Indoors, thanks to the satellite TV, you can watch some channels from your country. With the available coffee maker, you can still enjoy an American coffee if Italian coffee is too strong for your taste.
We also think about the little ones!
Outside they can play safely, so you can relax. For your children’s security, all first floor apartments have a ‘baby gate’ between balcony and stairs. If you need to rent a cot, high chair or microwave to re-heat milk, just ask.
