Terms and conditions of booking
Availability and Booking Request
- On our website, on the booking page, you can check availability and book the apartment on-line during the period chosen and pay the deposit required. The deposit can be paid upon booking if the client chooses to pay by credit card or at a later date if the customer chooses one of the other methods. Upon confirmation of booking on-line, you will receive an e-mail with all the information and then be contacted by our staff for all information pertaining to the reservation.
- If you do not find availability in the desired period or perhaps you want more information on the types of apartments, contact us using the request form and we will be available to help you find what you want.
- The booking shall be considered completed only when the customer receives confirmation electronically or by fax issued by Belmonte and / or upon receipt of a copy of the receipt of payment.
Price
- The price is determined by the rate indicated on our website on the "prices" page for apartment and period, except for any promotions or offers.
- The customer must pay upon check-in the sum of 150.00 euros in cash, by way of security; such amount will be refunded upon check-out unless damage is discovered to have occurred.
- The price includes: water, electricity, final cleaning of apartment, bed linen (weekly change), parking within the structure, use of swimming pool with whirlpool, children’s pool, sunbeds and umbrellas, children's games.
- Not included in price: bath linen and towels, baby high chair, cot or small bed, microwave oven, heating or air conditioning, tennis court, internet connection Wi Fi, bicycles and mountain bikes.
Methods of payment
The customer can choose one of the following methods of payment:
- Credit Card: you can pay by credit card, booking securely on-line on our website or at the time of payment of the balance.
- Paypal System: The client can use this method of payment easily and securely via e-mail.
- Bank Transfer: the customer who prefers to use this method of payment will be sent all the information required by the bank to effect the transfer.
- Money Order: For those who wish to send the deposit by post, all the necessary information will be provided.
The client will receive all the information he needs to make the payment with one of this system.
Terms of payment
- Upon confirmation of booking, the customer must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay and the balance will be requested upon arrival, at check-in.
- For "Last Minute" reservations or stays by the day, the customer is required to pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount with the balance upon arrival, at check-in. If there is no option to make an advance payment, the full amount shall be payable at the time of check-in.
- If the customer has opted to pay the deposit via bank transfer or postal order, a copy of the document must be sent to Belmonte by fax or e-mail within 48 hours of confirmation of the reservation otherwise the reservation will be canceled automatically by the software and the customer will have to contact us directly or make a new request.
- Upon arrival, the means of payment of the balance can be chosen by the customer, either in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express etc.), ATM.cards are also accepted. Cheques or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
Waiver by the Customer
The customer has the option to cancel their reservation at any time, however, they will be subject to the following penalties that are considered to have been read and agreed to upon confirmation of the reservation:
- The customer cancels the reservation 51 days before the date of arrival, no penalty is due and any deposit paid will be refunded in full;
- If the customer cancels the reservation 50 to 30 days before arrival, a penalty shall be due equal to the deposit amount paid at the time of booking.
- If the customer cancels the reservation 29 to 15 days before arrival, a penalty shall be due equal to 50% of the total value of the stay;
- If the customer cancels the reservation 14 to 8 days before date of arrival, a penalty shall be due equal to 75% of the total value of the stay;
- If the customer cancels the reservation in the seven days preceding the date of arrival or does not communicate the cancellation of the booking (no show), they will be charged 100% of the total value of the stay.
