Our apartments in detail:

Bilo (pax 3+2) ca. 45m²

(3 +2 persons) approx 45m², two room apartment ideal for small families. It consists of a bedroom with double bed plus an additional single bed, living room with double sofa bed, sat TV, kitchenette and a bathroom.

Trilo (pax 4+2) ca. 65m²

(4 +2 persons) of about 65m², three-room apartment ideal for a family. It consists of a bedroom with double bed plus an additional single bed, a bedroom with two single beds, living room with double sofa bed, sat TV, kitchenette and a bathroom.

Trilo-Plus (pax 5+2)* ca. 80m²

(5 +2 persons) of about 80m² for the large family. It consists of two bedrooms, one with double bed plus a single bed and another with a double bed or two single beds, living room with double sofa bed, sat TV, kitchenette and two bathrooms.

Quadri (pax 6+2)* ca. 95m²

(6 +2 persons) of about 95m², four room apartment ideal for two families, friends or a big family. It is composed of: one double bedroom plus a single bed, a bedroom with double bed, one single room or single bed on the mezzanine (loft), living room with double sofa bed, sat TV, kitchenette, bathroom with bathtub and a bathroom with shower.

Comfort and privacy

Large, spacious, comfortable and furnished in authentic Tuscan style - these are the expressions of happiness that our customers are accustomed to uttering when they enter our apartments. Belmonte Vacanze has 29 apartments divided into various types and sizes ranging from 95m ² in the four room apartments to the small two room apartments of about 45m ².

The apartments are composed of a large living room with a double sofa bed where you can watch sat TV in a very relaxing environment, a kitchenette with electric stove, dishwasher, fridge and anything else needed (plates, tableware etc.), spacious comfortable rooms and bathrooms with shower or bath.

All apartments have separate entrance

The apartments have an independent entrance and may have a balcony, terrace or garden. They are set out to offer discreet privacy even should you decide to eat outside under the porch or on the balcony.

To ensure your safety, anti-fire and anti-theft measures have also been installed; all the residences also have sat TV. Each apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning with the option of adjusting the temperature in each room using a remote control that you can pick up at reception.

The residences also have access to a large panoramic swimming pool with jacuzzi and children's area. The panorama extends over the hills of Volterra and San Gimignano.

Tuscan style Farmhouse apartments

Each apartment is furnished in typical Tuscan style: terracotta floors, ceilings with visible wooden beams, furnishings, finishes and accessories in a rural style.
The materials used for the restructuring were chosen in respect of the Tuscan tradition, with a preference for those of natural origin, in order to evoke the same sense of well-being and warmth of the homes of the past.
